Flying car video packs and failed tasks

Compare 1, 3 and 9-video packs, learn what counts as a confirmed failure and distinguish a retry allowance from a cash refund.

The fixed generation cost

1 video for $7.99, 3 videos for $19.90, or 9 videos for $49.90. One-time payment. No subscription.

Videos included in your order

1 video for $7.99, 3 videos for $19.90, or 9 videos for $49.90. One-time payment. No subscription.

Wait for confirmed status

A slow task or failed status request does not establish generation failure. Recheck the existing task before submitting another paid attempt. Refreshing the result page does not cancel a submitted provider job.

Failed-generation retries and billing

If generation is confirmed failed, you can retry using the same order without paying again. A slow queue or status error is not a confirmed failure. This is not a cash refund. For billing questions, contact support with your order or task ID.

When should I retry a failed task?

A slow queue, an interrupted browser request and a provider-confirmed failure are different states. If the browser loses its connection, first reopen the private result page and inspect the most recent task. The provider may already be working on it. Starting a second submission before checking can create another paid attempt rather than resume the first one.

A confirmed generation failure makes that video available for retry on the same order under the existing workflow. It is not a promise of a cash refund, and an aesthetically disappointing completed video is not automatically a failed task. Keep the order ID, task ID and visible error when contacting support. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords or API keys in a support request.

What should I know before making a video?

Do I need an account?

1 video for $7.99, 3 videos for $19.90, or 9 videos for $49.90. No account required. Save your private result link to create and download your videos. Signed-in users can also use My videos.

What photo should I upload?

JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 10 MB. Show the whole car in clear light.

What video will I receive?

11 seconds · 480p · 9:16 portrait · MP4

Will it match the reference exactly?

The AI uses your photo to guide the body shape, paint color, wheels and details. Appearance and movement can vary; an exact match is not guaranteed.

Where is my photo processed?

Your car photo is sent to an AI service provider for video generation, rather than processed entirely in your browser. A local draft may restore your selection after checkout. Keep private result links to yourself and download finished files; permanent media hosting is not promised. Read the privacy policy before uploading personal information.

Will the video contain a watermark?

Flying Car AI does not add a site watermark to the downloaded MP4. The AI is instructed not to copy publisher marks from the motion reference, but generated text or visual artifacts can still appear. Review the complete video before sharing; the displayed reference and a generated result are different assets.

Can I generate a video for free?

No free generation allowance is offered. Choose a one-time pack: $7.99 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 or $49.90 for 9. No subscription or account is required. Each new generation uses one video from its paid order.

Which clip is a real generated example?

The minivan clip is an actual 11-second generated result, shown with its source car photo. The ramp clip is the separate motion reference. Compare the body, roof cargo, wheels and landing across the whole sequence. A single screenshot shows only one moment and cannot establish that all motion or details will match.
